    Asforza4 install procedure
    (goto: plugins inst themes inst)

    You need:

  • gcc to compile the main program and the c plugins.
  • guile library to use the scheme plugins.
  • fpc to compile the cpu player.

    Compile and install:
    Untar the archive:

  • tar xzvf asforza4-x.xx.tar.gz

    Change to the asforza4 directory:

  • cd asforza4-x.xx/asforza4

    Compile it:

  • make

    Install it:

  • make install

    Load asforza4 in your Wharf bar
    Insert into your wharf configuration file (~/GNUstep/Library/AfterStep/wharf)
    in the section 'Entries' the following line:

  • *Wharf asforza4 - Swallow "asforza4" asforza4&

    then restart Wharf and enjoy:)

    Plugins install procedure
    (goto: asforza4 inst themes inst)

    c plugin
    You need:

  • gcc to compile.

    Compile and install:
    Untar the archive:

  • tar xzvf asf4_plugin-name.tar.gz

    Change to the plugin directory:

  • cd plugins/asf4_plugin-name/

    Compile it:

  • make

    Copy the binary file in the asforza4 plugins directory:

  • cp asf4_plugin-name /usr/local/lib/asforza4/asf4_plugins (1)

    scheme plugin
    You need:

  • guile library.

    Install:
    Untar the archive:

  • tar xzvf asf4_plugin-name.tar.gz

    Change to the plugin directory:

  • cd plugins/asf4_plugin-name/

    Copy the scheme file in the asforza4 plugins directory:

  • cp asf4_plugin-name.scm /usr/local/lib/asforza4/asf4_plugins (1)

    Themes install procedure
    (goto: asforza4 inst plugins inst)

    You need:

  • asforza4 :).

    Install:
    Untar the archive:

  • tar xzvf asf4_theme-name.tar.gz

    Change to the theme directory:

  • cd themes/asf4_plugin-name/

    Copy the .xpm file in the asforza4 themess directory:

  • cp asf4_theme-name.xpm /usr/local/lib/asforza4/asf4_themes (1)



    Notes:

  • (1): /usr/local is the default installation diretory. If you have installed asforza4 in an other dir you just use it instead of /usr/local/ in the install procedures.
